Vaporizer Warranty Support

Because we sell authorized stock only, every vaporizer arrives warranty-eligible with its manufacturer. Typical coverage runs from one to three years on the heating system and electronics depending on the brand.

What is covered

• Heater and electronics failure under normal use.
• Battery faults within the manufacturer’s stated coverage period.
• Manufacturing defects in the chassis, oven or charging port.

What is not covered

• Glass breakage, drops and impact damage.
• Water damage or damage from cleaning with unsuitable solvents.
• Wear items: screens, o-rings, seals, filters and mouthpiece tips.
• Devices opened, modified or repaired by a third party.

How to make a claim

Email sales@planetofthevapesusa.com with your order number, the serial number if the device has one, and a short video of the fault. We handle the manufacturer paperwork on your behalf and tell you where to ship the unit.

Keep it covered

Clean the airpath regularly, charge with the supplied cable, and store the device away from moisture. Good maintenance prevents most faults that warranties will not cover.
