Shipping Policy

We ship dry herb vaporizers, vape pens and accessories across the United States in discreet, unbranded outer packaging.

Processing times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery options

• Standard — 3 to 7 business days, tracked.
• Expedited — 2 to 3 business days, tracked.
• Express — 1 to 2 business days where the carrier network allows.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping applies automatically to qualifying orders at checkout. The current threshold is shown in your cart before payment.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.

Discreet packaging

Every parcel ships in plain outer packaging with no product imagery or category wording on the label.

Address accuracy and undeliverable parcels

Please double-check your address at checkout. Parcels returned as undeliverable are refunded minus outbound shipping once they arrive back at our warehouse.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls for more than five business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email sales@planetofthevapesusa.com with your order number and photos and we will open a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.

Age verification

All orders are age-restricted to 21+. Some carriers or states require an adult signature at delivery.
