Everything we sell is intended for adults aged 21 and over. We take that seriously and verify it at more than one point in the order flow.

How we verify age

• An age gate on entry to the site.
• A confirmation of age at checkout.
• Electronic verification against the billing details you provide.
• Adult signature on delivery where a carrier or state requires it.

If verification fails

We may email you to request additional proof of age. Orders that cannot be verified are cancelled and refunded in full.

Shipping restrictions

Some states and municipalities restrict shipment of certain products. If your address is affected we will contact you before dispatch.
